Advantages of Met-Rock Insulated Concrete Panels
Strength
Envirolast walls can carry from 40,000 lbs to 120,000 lbs of load per linier foot of wall. Able to withstand 200mph+ hurricane winds and 7.5 scale earthquakes. 
Resilience
Being constructed of 14 gauge galvanized steel mesh and trusses, foam and structural concrete, Met-Rock walls are termite-proof, waterproof, rot-proof, fire-resistant up to 3 hours of direct fire exposure. They will easily withstand a lifetime of abuse.
Energy Efficiency
Super insulated EPS foam cores provide R4.2 per inch of foam (for example-10 inches of foam core equals R42)-but the performance of the wall is much greater due to superior sealing and thermal mass. Heating and cooling costs can be drastically reduced - up to 60% less than wood framed wall systems. This can mean saving thousands of dollars over the life of the structure.
Speed of Construction
By eliminating multiple trades needed in a traditional wall, structures can be erected in less time than wood framing and brick structures and much less time than concrete block.

Envirolast Structures assembles, erects and finishes structures using Structural Concrete Insulated Panels (SCIP's) under license from MET-ROCK, L.L.C.
Envirolast offers superior product and workmanship for both commercial and residential structures. We offer the greatest savings on structures that would otherwise use precast panels, tilt up panels, CMU Block and poured concrete walls. We are also extremely competitive with typical wood framed structures in severe weather (both storm and temperature) and seismic areas.
